EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

Each Elvy Ess piece is quality inspected before shipping. We do not accept returns on ‘One of a Kind’ items and ‘Cuffs’ because each piece is an original, and we want it to reach it's new owner in a fresh & pristine condition.

If you feel a piece to be defective for any reason, please contact us immediately, before wearing the garment.

We take these situations case by case, but we are committed to the quality of our clothes and want our customers to be happy with them.

All other items of clothing can be returned for a full refund or exchange on the item. We will not accept any returns if the items have been worn. The item must be returned in perfect condition, unwashed and with the swing tag still attached.

Simply contact elvyess@hotmail.com within 15 days from the date of purchase if you would like to exchange or refund your item. Elvy Ess will not refund costs of any postage incurred on any items that are being refunded due to change of mind or the selection of the incorrect size and will only refund postage price in event of the item being faulty.

If you have purchased the wrong size and would like to swap for another size, simply contact us and explain what you would like to swap your item for. We will then send you a Postage Address to send back the incorrect item. Please ENCLOSE a REPLY PAID envelope so we can send the correct size back to you.

We reserve the right to refuse a return where the item is returned in a poor condition.
